Is my Apple Bee furniture covered by a warranty?

Our garden furniture and café/restaurant furniture are covered by a three-year warranty, which extends to material and manufacturing defects, under normal usage. The warranty excludes:
- Damage through use ;
- Scratches ;
- Stacking damage ;
- Loosening /detachment of plaited strands ;
- Fine cracks in wood ;
- Turning grey / Discoloration of wood ;
- Standard cushions.

Defects that are the result of incorrect or improper use (for example: abnormal loads, damage from aggressive substances, incorrect assembly or maintenance, repairs by non-experts, etc.) are also excluded. This warranty does not entitle the purchaser to compensation.
Any claims on the warranty should be made through your supplier, on presentation of the sales receipt.
